We played at Snodland Community Centre for the local Spring Dance. Last year we played for their party held for the Queens birthday.
They had decorated the hall with lovely bright spring colours, and had sold all their tickets. We played an hour of ballroom, and slow dances to ease them in then they had dinner, which they kindly offered to us too, then we played for the final 2 hours with a bit of everything. They were the nicest audience and danced to everything we played. We could see how much they were enjoying themselves.
They held a raffle and raised around £300, for their chosen charity, a great sum of money.
