Last night we played at The St George Hotel in Chatham for the Loyal and True Lodge.
The Stanley Ballroom was packed full of tables beautifully decorated. There were 170 people all ready to have a good night!
Over £1000 was raised for the Presidents chosen charity- Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.
On the request of the President, we played throughout the years, starting with some ballroom which got the couples practicing their ‘Strictly’ moves! Moving on to the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s ending on the 90’s and current day! There was something for everyone.
The dance floor was packed the whole night, we aired 2 of our new songs Blondie’s ‘One Way or Another’ and from Dirty Dancing, Patrick Swayze’s ‘She’s Like the Wind’, both got a great reception from the audience, and we really enjoyed playing them.
